Returns

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, each unit is individually crafted to order based on the specific requirements and preferences of our customers. Consequently, we are unable to accept returns of items that are free from defects or faults. This policy ensures that we can continue to offer highly personalized and high-quality products tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Refunds

Refunds for canceled orders are processed within 14 business days of the cancellation, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our team within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Provide clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging for our assessment.

3.2 Replacement or Refund

We will either replace the damaged item or issue a refund for the full purchase amount, with the buyer covering the shipping fee. Our team will guide you through the appropriate steps to resolve the issue.

Cancellations

4.1 Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. 

*Cancellation requests are subject to review and approval, especially when it comes to customized items that cannot be resold.
