Odin is the chief deity in Norse mythology, often revered as the Allfather in the pantheon of Norse gods.
He is associated with wisdom, war, battle, death, magic, poetry, prophecy, and the hunt. Known for his insatiable pursuit of knowledge, Odin sacrificed one of his eyes for a drink from the well of wisdom to gain cosmic insights.
He is the ruler of Asgard, the realm of the gods, and dwells in Valhalla, where he gathers the souls of valiant warriors slain in battle. Odin is depicted as a formidable, one-eyed figure, often accompanied by his two ravens, Huginn and Muninn, who bring him news from all corners of the world, and his wolves, Geri and Freki. He wields the powerful spear Gungnir and rides the eight-legged horse Sleipnir.
